On small business set-aside supply contracts, Alcindor Corp furnishes the product of a small business manufacturer, or the product of a large manufacturer where a class waiver applies, consistent with 13 C.F.R. §121.406(b). We confirm compliance in writing on every quote so the contracting officer's file is complete before award.
